Job Requirement - Manager

Position Title: Manager - Sales & Solutions
Location: Across India
Qualification: Science Graduate/ BVSc / MVSc

Proposed Roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Layer DOC regional sales, meeting the sales targets.
  • Based on the regional Business Plan & Budget.
  • To achieve operational and financial performance of the region.
  • Selling of Layer DOC and providing Technical support to farmers.
  • To Retain the Farmers.
  • Ensure strict Adherence to the Hygienic Score in the Farms.
  • Collect, consolidate and analyze the performance data and implement corrective action.
  • To reduce the input cost.
  • Maintain and improve the farmer relationship.
  • Evolving new farmer recognition program and implement the same.
  • Introducing innovative initiatives in operations.
  • Contribute towards the Market Share of the Farm Products as a whole for the Company, through deliverables
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • BVSC/MVSC with min 3 years experience in rural marketing or Science graduates with minimum 5 years experience in selling DOC to farmers.
  • Experience in Rural marketing will be preferred.
  • Good communication and Strong local language skill.
  • Should be a good mentor.
