Position Title: Manager - Sales & MarketingLocation: Across India
Qualification: Post Graduation / Professional Degree / Graduate
Proposed Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for regional sales and marketing activities.
- Implementing sales strategies and assess the impact of advertisement and recommend to the GM (Operations) for further improvements.
- Implement the regional sales plan based on the regional business plan.
- Responsible for sales realization.
- Ensure strict adherence to the collection of cash and credit.
- Sales as per the daily budget.
- Draw customer satisfaction action plan with GM and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implementing the General Manager’s sales strategies effectively.
- Responsible for Sales and traders communications at the region.
- Assign the goals, monitor and review the performance of the personnel reporting to the position.
- Customer / Trader relationship and satisfaction.
- Decides on issues which are impacting the performance of the branch in line with the regional guidelines.
- Accountable for the retention of the top premium members through effective liasoning.
- Ensure retention of premium club members.
- Accountable for top line achievement in the region.
- Should be a good mentor and should be able to handle high volume transactions.
- Good Communication skill.
- Good Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
