Job Requirement - Manager
Position Title: Manager - Production(Broiler)Location: Across India
Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate
Proposed Roles and responsibilities:
- Accountable for the branch cost of broiler production
- Adherence to the Inventory Norms for the feed stock
- To achieve the productivity per person in a branch ( 12 employees)
- Retain the existing farmers (A,B &C) and enroll new farmers for broiler operation.
- Responsible for the farm & branch productivity.
- Increase the average farm size
- Inter farm feed transfer control & monitor the feed transfers
- To improve the farmers satisfaction
- Prepare records & documentation on the farmers engagement and farm agreement
- Implement the SOP in all the farms
- 5+ years of experience in Poultry industry with specific exposure in Broiler.
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship.
- Should be a good mentor and should possess good communication skill.
