Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate
Proposed Roles and responsibilities:
- Fix KRA’s for the next level reportees in the breeder farms
- Responsible for PS birds placement plan
- Farmer Management reporting & MIS
- Maintaining liasion with Farmers
- Farmer relationship
- SOP Implementation
- To develop and train employees in the region and provide technical expertise
- Accountable for the Branch Operational performance
- Responsible for Farmer Retention
- Ensure timely submission of MIS Reports
- Employee Retention
- 5+ years of experience in Poultry industry with specific exposure in Breeder.
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship.
- Should be a good mentor and should possess good communication skill.
