Job Requirement - Manager
Position Title: Manager - Health & QCLocation: Across India
Qualification: B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc
Proposed Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for health of the birds in the region.
- Plan and examine the Health status of GP/PS and commercial birds.
- Closely monitor and interact with the unit heads on the birds performance in terms of productivity, livability & mortality due to clinical diseases.
- Advising the Broiler / Breeder heads in pro actively implementing the disease control plans.
- Vaccination schedule Preventive measures.
- Responsible for approving the medicine & vaccines.
- Prepare and obtain management approval for the Health budget.
- Liaisoning with the government and external agencies on tech issues with reference to medicines.
- Sharing health survey feed back to the top management.
- Implement the corporate directives.
- 5+ years of experience in Poultry industry with specific exposure in health /nutrition / medicine & vaccine.
- Excellent Interpersonal relationship.
- Should be a good mentor and should possess good communication skill.
