Job Requirement - Manager
Position Title: Manager - Feed MillLocation: Across India
Qualification: Graduate / Engg Graduate / AMIE / Diploma ( 3 years)
Proposed Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for Production & Production Planning and ensure the production targets are achieved as per parameters.
- Responsible for raw material and finished goods inventories at the feed mills.
- Responsible for Process of quality of feed which includes batching and Lab activity etc.
- Determining machinery, material and Manpower requirements for smooth execution of production plans.
- Ensure achieving the CFCR at the farm level by supply of quality feed as per their indent and mapping the production plan farm wise.
- Reduce the cost of production of feed.
- Planning for transport and ensure delivery of feed to the mapped farms as per the timeline.
- Coordinating with all broiler branches and Premix unit.
- Weigh bridge control.
- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually reports in feed mill.
- Troubleshooting problems in both production and maintenance departments.
- Person with 5 + years of experience and who are familiar in feed mill production & technology.
- Knowledge of quality standards/ norms.
- Should be a good mentor and should possess good communication skill.
