Job Requirement - Human Resource

Proposed Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Manpower planning, Recruitment, PMS, Administration and HRMS
• Based on the Organizational goals fix KRA's for the next level managers
• Design Manpower Planning strategies based on business needs of the organization
• Devising ways and strategies to fulfill the manpower requirement
• Responsible for budgeting and implementing the manpower plan of the Zone
• Develop, prioritize and champion implementation of employer branding, recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Build strategies to analyze and interact with the talent supply pool
• Ensure timeliness & Quality standards on the recruitment front.
• Periodically review the HR policies
• Identifying scope for enhancing the Performance Management Systems and formulating performance feedback system.
• Initiating rewards and recognition programs thru perpetual assessments.
• Ensure 100% compliance of all the statues pertaining to Zone.
• Responsible for Employee development, Career Planning, Training, Knowledge Management and Communication.
• Conceptualization, planning and implement employee Development and Career planning portfolio in Suguna.
• Responsible for skills analysis, Competency Mapping and Career Management.
• Identify potential employees and future leaders and mentor them.
• Implement assessment systems and development centers for Employee Development and Career Planning.
• Assess employee behavior and business needs independently and recommend organizational development interventions/ Talent Management tools to facilitate organizational and managerial growth.
• Plan, propose and implement various activities on job rotations, promotions and succession planning in line with company requirement and strategy in order to meet HR learning objectives for career progression.
• Accountable for all the employee training & development initiatives.
• Responsible for employee involvement schemes such as Kaizen and Suggestion schemes.
• Design and develop an education cum knowledge management plan for employees.
• Introducing innovative and creative HR initiatives.

• Graduate / post graduate with MBA HR from reputed Institution
• 10+ years of post qualification experience as Head HR in a multi location FMCG organization with the employee strength of more than 1000.
• Experience in managing multi cultural and multi lingual employees in a multi location Organization.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Moderate Financial skills
• EAdvanced Human relation skills
